Making a Google Docs is as easy as counting from one to eight, So here it goes:
First, go to gmail and sign in
Then go to https://drive.google.com
Then click Form
Fill up all form
Then click send form
Get direct url and send to people for them to fill up
All data wil be saved in one spreadsheet via drive.google.com
